The UAE Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs signed today (Monday, 19 December, 2005) an accreditation agreement with the ICDL GCC Foundation, the governing body of the International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) programme in the Gulf states, to provide ICDL certification to all employees of the Ministry. ICDL GCC Foundation granted accreditation to two in-house IT education centres of the Ministry in Abu Dhabi and Dubai to provide ICDL training and testing program to its employees. More
