The UAE Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs signed today (Monday, 19 December, 2005) an accreditation agreement with the ICDL GCC Foundation, the governing body of the International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) programme in the Gulf states, to provide ICDL certification to all employees of the Ministry.
