- Marketing & Promotion: ICDL Arabia promotes the development and improvement of digital skills in the countries it is responsible for, and provides a marketing support function to its accredited centres
- Regional Development: ICDL Arabia is proactive in its development of new market opportunities through strategic partnerships with local and regional organisations, Courseware and Testing Providers.
